Our Functional Fitness classes are conditioning based with a mixture of bodyweight exercises and strength training. We’ve eliminated the complex and unsafe exercises, instead, our focus is on safety and efficiency.

Downtown Yuma Bootcamp
Our bootcamp is designed for beginners.
Classes are 1 hour long.
Meets Monday-Thursday for 4 weeks.
Every class is led by a trainer (7:30pm coach is bilingual).
Everything is done together, no going it alone.
You don’t have to be in shape to start.
We use light dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, air bikes, short running, bodyweight exercises, and battle ropes in class.
2020 Start Dates: 10/5, 11/2, 11/30
Schedule: Monday-Thursdays. 4:30 AM & 7:30 PM. You can only attend the class time which you sign up for.
